Returns & Exchanges Policy 

At Bout It, all merchandise is made-to-order just for you! Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless an item is defective or misprinted.

Exchanges for Sizing Issues

We strongly encourage checking the size guide before purchasing, as each item is custom-made and cannot be exchanged for a different size.

However, we understand that finding the perfect fit can be tricky! If you receive your order and need a different size, we offer a one-time 25% discount plus free shipping on a replacement order for first-time sizing issues.

To request a replacement discount, email us at orders@boutitmerch.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, misprinted, or incorrect, we’ll replace it at no cost to you. Please email us at orders@boutitmerch.com within 7 days of receiving your order with photos of the issue.

To make it right, we will evaluate the defect and then send an exact replacement, or refund your order.
